Cathedrals Primary Care

The practice is a member of the Cathedrals Primary Care Team (formerly Bride Street Primary Care Team), set up in 2006 to improve the health of the people living in the South inner city area of Dublin.

The team consists of the staff of Mercer's Medical Centre as well as a Physiotherapist, an Occupational Therapist, Public Health Nurses, Counselling Psychologists, community welfare and home help services, most of which are based in premises in Bride Street.

The staff at Mercer’s Medical Centre work with their Cathedrals colleagues in the respective locations and meet regularly to provide cohesive care.

The Cathedrals Pimary Care Team delivers services to patients living in parts of Dublin 8 and Dublin 2 and is principally intended for patients with medical cards.
